We are an experienced manufacturer of corrugated cardboard and packaging printed using the methods of offset and flexographic printing. We specialize in producing solid board packaging as well. Our products are distinguished by high quality, precision of workmanship and fine design. Our specialty is making unit and collective packaging as well as impressive displays, whereas our Point of Sale (POS) designs are recognized among various sectors of the market economy.
Royalpack Sp. z o. o. has been on the market since 2009, but our experience in the packaging industry goes nearly thirty years back. Such a long history constitutes the foundation of our know-how and skills that we use to meet even the most demanding customer expectations.
We consider ourselves as a committed team which knows the importance of taking care of our customers. Our goal is to recognize and effectively adapt to their unique needs. We create packaging that not only does protect the contents, but also highlights the value and prestige of the products.

1996
Andrzej Tatar, the founder of Royalpack, has become the only Stone Europa Carton GmbH representative on the Polish market.
1999
In 1999, he opened the Europa Carton Sp. z o. o. branch in Poland and became its chairman.
2000
In 2000, the future co-owner of Royalpack, Anna Tatar, joined the logistics team of the Europa Carton branch in Zielona Góra.
2010
Until 2010, the Europa Carton Sp. z o. o. was part of the Smurfit Kappa group.
2011
Foundation of Royalpack, Tatar General partnership. The company's scope of activity is the production of collective packaging made of offset printed corrugated cardboard. In 2011 the company had the following machinery equipment:
- KBA 162 offset printing machine,
- laminating machine,
- BOBST 1575 automatic die cutter,
- Viking and Crosland die cutting crucible,
- 3-point folder-gluer.
2013
New company headquarters. A major breakthrough - on July 31, 2013 the company received the grant Priority Axis 4 - Investments in innovative ventures. Pilot: "Support for the first implementation of the invention" under the EU Innovative Economy Operational Program. Thanks to it, the construction of a modern plant in Słone began in November.
2015
Investment completion and change of the company's headquarters.
2016
Product hall’s development. The production hall’s warehouse space was enlarged to 2,680 m².
2018
Another turning point – on January 15, 2018, the company received the EU grant under the OP Smart Growth 2014-2020 for the project "A range of innovative, reusable cardboard packaging with innovative features and ground-breaking performance parameters". It contributed to equipping the company with a modern production line used for manufacturing high-quality offset printed packaging. Using its own funds, the company purchased a flexographic printing machine and expanded the plant by approximately 6,000 m².
2020
Investment completion and installation of:
- A unique line for the production of corrugated cardboard and its simultaneous lamination. The line's suppliers are BHS, PIVAB and STOCK,
- 6-colour VLF K&B Rapida 164 offset printing machine,
- 5-colour BOBST flexographic printing machine,
- BOBST 1600 automatic flat-bed die cutting machine with Power Register System,
- STOCK corrugated cardboard sheeter and BW Papersystems paper sheeter.
Moreover, the plant surface area was increased by additional 6,000 m².
2021
FELIX Gluer Combo plotter for automatic hot melt and cold melt glue application was purchased.
2022
Upgrading the machinery equipment park with a banding machine for e-commerce.
2023
A decision was made to start producing solid board packaging and therefore 2 machines were contracted: K&B Ipress 145K PRO and K&B OMEGA Allpro 110.
