Druk Fleksograficzny na tekturze oraz opakowaniach

STANDARD FLEXO

In recent years, flexographic printing has strengthened its position among printing techniques. Thanks to the technological progress, the quality of this kind of printing is undoubtedly already at a remarkably high level. Its biggest advantage is the possibility of printing directly on a cardboard sheet, which means that:

  • - it is possible to reduce the grammage of individual layers of corrugated cardboard
  • - the time of order filling can be shortened by eliminating the lamination process
  • - the price of packaging can be optimized

Thanks to the state-of-the-art, large-format flexographic machine and the fact that we manufacture cardboard ourselves, ROYALPACK has a real impact on the high quality of the manufactured packaging.

HIGH QUALITY FLEXO

Continuous cooperation with a team of printers and world-renowned suppliers of raw materials such as paper, paints and polymers makes it possible for ROYALPACK to implement even the most demanding projects.

In the area of High Quality Flexo printing technology, our experienced printers implement projects based on white coated paper, where graphic motifs are usually prepared in high resolution. This requires the use of high screen rulings and top-class components. The final printing, made in accordance with the project specifications, is covered with varnish.
