We constantly work in Royalpack on implementing in production ecological materials, which generate the lowest possible carbon dioxide emission. Through tests and analysis, we come up with new technological solutions, thanks to which our customers can outrun their competition on the market.

Dedicated paper for offset packaging

The Sila Liner brand is based on a special type of uncoated paper allowing you to create the most beautiful, exquisite packaging from corrugated cardboard with offset printing. Our Sila Liner offset printing generates an incredibly clear image on a dark brown, natural matte substrate.

Way stronger than GD2 paper

It is a type of paper from the Kraftliner family with long cellulose fibres, thanks to which it is much more resistant to tearing, cracking and has higher moisture resistance than the standard GD2 recycled paper.

In brown or white

Besides its key durability features, Sila Liner is also available in white colour. An incredible sharp image with high offset printing resolution can be obtained both on white and dark brown substrate.

Thanks to our Sila Liner packaging, your customers will be able to get natural experience at the shelf in a store, which they can’t just pass without noticing. Our paper is produced with the FSC certificate which is crucial when it comes to ecological packaging solutions.

Dedicated paper for offset packaging

The GRASS LINER brand is based on a special type of uncoated paper made with the use of grass fibre. Grass paper is a product created from cellulose, where besides of fresh wood or waste paper fibres, there is also a part of grass fibres (up to 30%). The combination of this paper’s features with its high-resolution printing results in unlimited possibilities to create unique graphic composition

More ecological than white Testliner

Grass paper production emits on average 5.6% less CO2 than the production of white Testliner. Grass paper production uses on average 11.0% less water than the production of white Testliner. Grass paper production has lower impact on ecosystem biodiversity by an average of 28%.

Eco-friendly design

Thanks to the packaging from our GRASS LINER series, ecological products will be protected and displayed that reflects their main features.

Certificates

Grass paper is FSC and ISEGA certified for food contact. It does not cause allergies according to an independent medical certificate.
